Before becoming a therapist, I spent several years as a teacher, and that’s where I fell in love with all things mental health. I saw firsthand how crucial it is to have a space where you can just be—especially when life’s a little overwhelming. I realized that sometimes, the best thing you need isn’t advice, it’s just someone who listens and helps you untangle the mess. Believe me, having that space makes all the difference.
